We ship and deliver our Products within Peninsular (or West) Malaysia.

 

Applicable shipping and handling charges shall be calculated and added into the total purchase price upon checkout (subject to Terms of Service).

 

We engage third-party couriers/cold-chain logistics company to fulfill shipping and delivery of all Orders.

 

While every effort may be made to ensure accuracy, shipping and delivery times displayed to customers on the Platforms or upon order confirmation/checkout are estimates on a best effort basis only. Actual delivery or fulfillment dates may vary.

 

Title to and the risk of loss of all Products in an Order passes to the customer upon our delivery of the Product to the third-party courier/cold-chain logistics company.

 

For deliveries within Klang Valley, orders of RM200.00 and above are entitled to free delivery whereas for orders below RM200.00, a flat delivery rate of RM15.00 shall apply.
